Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus Scholarship Program for ASEAN+6 and European Students


The applicants are required to be from the following countries.
       - 9 countries from ASEAN: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of the Philippines, Republic of Singapore, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Vietnam
       - 6 countries from ASEAN+6: Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand, People's Republic of China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau), and Republic of Korea

Scholarship details


Number of Scholarships:
1) Bachelor’s degree (Period of 4 years): 7 scholarships
2) Master’s degree (Period of 2 years): 8 scholarships

Scholarship Duration :
1. Bachelor’s degree: 4 years
2. Master’s degree: 2 years
Remark: The scholarships are required to be renewed every year.

Amounts of Scholarships:
1. Living Allowance:
- Undergraduate: 10,000 THB/month/person
- Graduate: 12,000 THB/month/person
2. Tuition Fee: Waive
3. International Student Fee: Waive
4. Campus Dormitory Fee: Waive
Remarks: You are required to be responsible for extra expenses such as travelling expenses, visa fees (if any), airfare, health insurance, meals, utilities, and other personal expenses.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
  1. Hold a valid foreign passport, issued by 9 countries from ASEAN (Except Thailand), 6 countries from ASEAN+6 and 49 countries from Europe. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the opening date of the semester, for example, the semester starts on June 26, 2024. The passport must have remaining validity after 26 December 2024 onwards.
  2. Graduate high school (or equivalent) before June 2024 (for Thai programs) and before August 2024 (for English/International programs)
  3. Be able to communicate in English and/or Thai (In case of studying in Thai programs) Last updated 31 MAR 2023
  4. No health problems affecting education
Master’s degree
  1. Hold a valid foreign passport, issued by 9 countries from ASEAN (Except Thailand), 6 countries from ASEAN+6 and 49 countries from Europe. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the opening date of the semester, for example, the semester starts on June 26, 2024. The passport must have remaining validity after 26 December 2024 onwards.
  2. Graduate Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from Kasetsart University’s partner universities (list of partner universities: https://iad.intaff.ku.ac.th/portal/mou_f04.php) before June 2024 (for Thai programs) and before August 2024 (for English/International programs)
  3. Be able to communicate in English and/or Thai (In case of studying in Thai programs)
  4. No health problems affecting education

Required Documents

For Bachelor’s Degree
  1. A scanned file of the official document certifying educational status. Specify the expected graduation date. The graduation date must be the day before the start of semester 1, academic year 2024 (for Thai language programs, approximately June 2024 and for international programs approximately August 2024) or A scanned file of the official graduation document.
  2. A scanned file of the official academic records (Applicants are required to compare scores through the system: Equivalency Certificate or Provisional Equivalency Certificate issued by Chulalongkorn University Academic Testing Center https://hsces.atc.chula.ac.th)
  3. A scanned file of portfolio including certificates, rewards, or activities (if any, will be an advantage).
  4. A scanned file of English proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS) which is valid two years from the exam date. (If applicable, special consideration will be given.)
  5. A photo (taken less than 6 months).
  6. A scanned file of the health examination results which is valid 1 month from the issued date and issued by a hospital that is legally registered as a hospital. (It can be submitted after passing the interview)
  7. A scanned file of the results of the criminal background check which is valid 1 month from the issued date and issued by the police station or responsible agency in the applicants’ country. (It can be submitted after passing the interview)
  8. A scanned file of passport (It can be submitted after passing the interview)
  9. A scanned file of health insurance (It can be submitted after passing the interview)

For Master’s Degree
  1. Online application form (on website of The Graduate School, Kasetsart University www.grad.ku.ac.th)
  2. A scanned file of bachelor’s degree transcript clearly presenting a conferred degree name and a graduation date. The graduation date must be the day before the start of the semester 1, academic year 2024 (for Thai language programs, approximately June 2024 and for international programs approximately August 2024)
  3. A scanned file of bachelor’s degree certificate
  4. A concept paper/proposal (If applicable, special consideration will be given.)
  5. A scanned file of portfolio including certificates, rewards, or activities (if any, will be an advantage).
  6. A scanned file of English proficiency test score (TOEFL or IELTS) which is valid two years from the exam date. (If applicable, special consideration will be given.)
